Pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio, Struktur Modal dan Current Ratio Terhadap Profitabilitas (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Otomotif yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2012-2016

Abstract

The development of the capital market in Indonesia is very significant. One of the investments that investors can make is investing in the capital market, which has many investment products. Currently the capital market is one of the benchmarks for a country's economic development. Countries with good capital market conditions will be favored by investors. In determining their investment options, investors will of course consider many things, including the rate of return and risk they will accept when investing in securities in the capital market of a country. Investors will certainly be interested in investing in a country that has a good capital market condition (efficient market) because the price of the securities being offered has already shown all the information that occurs in these securities. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Capital Structure and Current Ratio on Profitability (Empirical Study of Automotive Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016 Period. With purposive sampling method, a sample of 12 automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. Secondary data is the financial statements of automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016 with the website www.idx.co.id. The results showed that the Debt to Equity Ratio, Capital Structure, Current Ratio had a simultaneous and significant effect on Profitability. Partially, Debt to Equity, Capital Structure, Current Ratio have a positive and significant effect on Profitability (empirical study of automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016).
